According to the Times Live digital newspaper, The bodies of three men aged between 24 and 30 were retrieved after they drowned in a stream in Snake Park, Soweto, during a baptism ceremony on Saturday.
A man who lives in the area was interviewed by Newzroom Afrika and he claims that the trio were unfortunately murdered by a mysterious snake with magical powers that lives under water.
“The water dragon took them”
He says.
The snake is known as “Inkanyamba” in Zulu.

Times Live further states that the incident follows another that occurred at the Jukskei River last month when 14 church congregants died during a baptism ceremony.
