Since the 2020 release of her now critically acclaimed debut album “Jesus Is Enough,” Joyous Celebration alumni Xolly Mncwango has more than cemented her name as an anointed and distinctive voice in gospel.
From celebrating her first solo SAMA 27 nomination, Mncwango has seen her classics like “Ungukuphila” and “Yebo Nkosi” earning over 4.2 million views to date on YouTube.
Now ready with her sophomore album “Unusual” recorded earlier this year at Cedarwood in Sandton, the “Healing Power” hitmaker readies the debut single from the album with “Umuhle Baba.”
Inspired by Psalm 103, the single affirms what the musician believes is her season of gratitude.
The mid-tempo and jazz praise single is a testimony of God’s grace in her life. This is as she opens the song with lyrics translating to:
“God of miracles, Maker of all things good. He who takes the ordinary and makes them extraordinary.”
Following the demand of the immediate release of the single following the teaser on YouTube.
