Gospel sensation DR Tumi just released a statement regarding the cancelation of his concert in Pretoria as there was a big miscommunication.
The star announced on social media that his show that was supposed to take place this past weekend was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, however, some people who bought tickets never received the broadcast and refunds.
CHECK OUT HIS APOLOGY
Morning fam. Trust you all have been well. I have received a few messages of people who had purchased tickets for the Victory concert and did not received the message of the cancellation that was send out in Jan by Computicket. I was informed that Computicket had send every person who had tickets messages via email or texts and informed them of this change and further informed everyone of the process of being refunded. It is unfortunate that seemingly there were people who were not informed and refunded. I would sincerely like to apologise for this inconvenience and I have communicated with Computicket to make sure that every single person gets refunded. In retrospect I could have done so much more to make sure the message spreads and everyone is informed. I am deeply sorry and assure you this will not happen again. I have also asked Computicket to send us a list of the people on their list that have not been refunded and i will be giving them VIP tickets to the Gathering. Once again my sincere apologies fam. Love y’all and have a blessed day.
