Multi-platinum artist, DJ, and former traditional healer, Drip Gogo, has taken to Instagram to announce a seismic shift in his personal and spiritual journey. In a heartfelt and candid post, the artist, born Nhlanhla Daryl Moqhayi, revealed his decision to quit traditional healing practices, citing a newfound connection with God and a desire to reclaim his spiritual freedom.
“I’M DONE. I’ve quit Traditional Healing and all its practices. I’ve found GOD, and I’m embracing Him with every fiber of my being,”
he wrote.
Drip Gogo expressed his struggles with the weight of his healing journey, which he said unearthed unresolved family trauma and mental health challenges rather than bringing the intended generational healing.

“Any spirit that demands bloodshed or soul exchange for wealth and blessings is a CULT,”
he declared. Embracing his identity as a “God’s favorite Starseed,” Drip Gogo announced his commitment to his faith and creative pursuits.
