Beloved church worship collective 5 FOLD WORSHIP has officially released their highly anticipated new single, Glorious God, a track that beautifully balances Traditional and Contemporary Gospel. The song captures the group’s signature passion, unity, and spiritual depth—qualities that have made them one of the region’s most cherished worship ministries.
A Worship Anthem of Reverence and Faith
“All our songs are about glorifying God but also point the listener back to the author and finisher of our faith—Jesus Christ,” says Worship Leader Bello Mpendulo.
With Glorious God, the collective delivers a heartfelt worship experience that exalts God above all, inviting listeners into a deeper place of reflection and praise.
Born in Mamelodi, Built on Vision
Formed within Five Fold Ministries Church in Mamelodi, Pretoria, the team consists of 15 musicians, including 10 singers and five instrumentalists. Their mission is clear: to spread the Gospel through music that carries both excellence and authenticity.
“It has always been our Pastor’s vision to one day record the worship team professionally,” Mpendulo explains.
That vision took shape when the church welcomed a new Vocal Director and Musical Director two years ago.
“We started working towards making that dream a reality. And here we are today.”
A Ministry United by Purpose
Despite being newcomers to the professional Gospel music scene, 5 FOLD WORSHIP says the journey has been blessed so far.
“By God’s grace, we have not yet faced many challenges in these early stages. Being an in-house worship team has made it easier to work together, even on a professional level,”
Mpendulo shares.
Their core mandate remains unwavering: to preach the Gospel through music.
Festive Season Momentum and a 2026 Album on the Way
This festive season, the collective plans to drive their new single with intentional engagement, aiming to connect with their growing audience.
The release of Glorious God also serves as a prelude to their upcoming 11-track album, a collection of songs crafted to uplift, inspire, and draw listeners closer to God. The full project is scheduled for release in 2026.

The group is a dynamic ensemble of young Gospel ministers dedicated to delivering spiritually rich music. Their sound—rooted in both Traditional and Contemporary Gospel—is packaged in original, in-house compositions created by the gifted members of the team.
